Are you planing your next All Inclusive Maldives holidays? Find out what is important and how to find the latest Deals. If you already know the Maldives just browse through the Maldives Packages.
The Maldives are incredible and I will never forget this paradise. If you are in search of Maldives packages you will find the lot of it because there are more then 100 island resorts in the Maldives.
But let’s start from the beginning and find out what kind of resort is best for you. Ask yourself this. Do you prefer a large resort with many facility’s or a small romantic island where you will see only a few other guests or maybe a mix of both. Do you prefer a water bungalow or a beach bungalow? Are you traveling in family – do you need kid’s facility’s provided for your children or do you prefer a island resort with good spa and romantic candle light dinner offers.
Once you have decided what kind of island resort you prefer, you can check out the all inclusive Maldives deals that travel agencies and tour operators in the Maldives offer. I recommend local agency’s since they normally are up to date with the latest offers and quick in respond for requests and assistance.
Make sure that everything is included in your offer. For instance, bungalow, transfer, half board and bed taxes are the minimum that all inclusive Maldives package should include. However, great Packages additionally include services such as all inclusive food and d rinks , excursion, spa-treatment and honeymoon complimentary.
If you receive offer’s where the daily price is mentioned you end up paying for several additional services which you have to pay in the end of your stay to the resort. Therefore choose a package where everything is included, like this you know exactly what you have to pay and there will be no surprise in the end of you holidays when you pay the island resort extras.
The transfer is done by speedboat or seaplane depending on the location of the island. If you have an issue with small seaplanes you better choose a resort that can be reached by speedboat. Seaplanes are very safe and lot’s of fun. The captains are always barefooted and the view is breathtaking. Just let your local travel agent know your arrival and departure date and time and they will arrange accordingly. And yes, the transfer is included in the offer.
I recommend scheduled flights, not charter. You can buy scheduled flights directly with your preferred airline where you get your frequent flyer miles. Normally you get it quite cheap if you buy online because the administration fees are lower.
The Maldives are a bit more costly then other destinations but you will find out soon why and you will never regret having spent a couple bucks more. The Maldives is the perfect place to spend your holidays. You will love this little paradise – just find the right all inclusive Maldives packages that suits you best.

This year we went to Cuba instead to the Maldives and we regret it. So next year we are back to the Maldives for sure. We want to try a new all inclusive resort – did anyone recently went to one of the new resorts like Shangrila, Velasaru or Zitahli. Any recomendations?

Shangrila is not open jet but probably sometimes next year. Velasaru I don’t know but we went to Zitahli Kuda Funa Faru last month. It is a brand new resort and service and Food are excellent. When we were there a couple villas were not finished but probably it is all done now. By the way, since Zitahli is a new island and therefore not many Palm trees it can get very hot and sometimes it is hard to escape the heat unless you go back to your AC-Villa.

Great underwater diving sites with gentle slopes, steep faces and bottomless drop offs, drift dives and diving to wrecks: The diving sites in the Maldives offer a enormous variety for divers of all standards. Most resorts have a house reef, so that dives are possible at any time from the shore even at night. Islands with a beatiful house reef are an excellent destination, especially for snorkellers who experience the complete diversity of the underwater world just a few metres from the beach. The Maldivian government is well aware of the importance of their underwater world. In October 1999 the first 10 “protected areas” were introduced and these now number 25. Only diving, filming and photography are permitted in these conservation areas.
